In order to reset your password, return to the login page and click the gray button below the login page that says "Forgot your password?"
Once you click that button, you'll receive an email prompt to change your password. If you do not get the email, simply email dezignclub support at help@thedezignclub.com.
Having trouble logging into dezignclub Clubchat? Reset your password in the traditional manner and use your username and new password to login to both the dezignclub website and the dezignclub Clubchat!

Dezignclub members cannot see your full name. Members can only see your username. If your username is the same as your full name and you wish to change it, you must cancel your account and re-register using a different username.
All photos uploaded to the dezignclub site must either be a JPG file or PNG file. Unfortunately, files of another type are not accepted on the dezignclub site. If you are still having trouble uploading your PNG or JPG images, please email dezignclub support at help@thedezignclub.com. We will make sure to help you!

The dezignclub has been created by Lisa Holt to ensure she can teach design and help as many people as possible. In the interior design profession, services are extremely expensive, sometimes costing upwards of $75,000 or more! Not everyone has expendable income to hire a professional interior designer, so Lisa created the dezignclub to help anyone and everyone, for less than $10 per month. The sheer volume of the dezignclub content provides members an affordable way to get the design help they need, without having to hire a professional interior designer. If you are still unsatisfied, you can cancel your account by clicking the three lines in the upper right-hand corner of your profile. This will show a drop down menu with the option to click "Membership." Click that button. See the image below for reference:
In Membership Settings, you can click "Cancel" as shown below. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email. See below:
If you change your mind and wish you re-register (we hope you do!), please email admin@thedezignclub.com and request that your email be completely removed from the system. Once your email is removed, you may re-register using your original email address.
